How bid credits work

Factories browse every matched RFQ for free — full spec, quantity, and target price. Credits are only spent when you choose to submit a quote.

The 70 included credits cover seven quotes a month. Quote more than that and top-ups are $1 per 3 credits.

Questions we get

Really. Texhub takes no percentage, commission, or platform fee on any order placed through the marketplace — brands and factories settle production invoices directly between themselves.

Optional add-ons may be offered separately — such as AI Studio credits for tech-pack generation and advanced factory features. Nothing is charged without you explicitly purchasing it.

It keeps quoting deliberate. Brands receive fewer, better quotes from factories that read the spec, and factories spend credits only on RFQs they genuinely want — browsing matched RFQs is always free.

Directly between you and the factory, on the terms you agree in the quote. Texhub doesn't sit in the money flow, which is how the no-fee promise holds.

Yes. Subscriptions are monthly; cancel whenever you like and your access runs to the end of the paid period. Details are in our Refund Policy.

All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Subscriptions and credit purchases are governed by our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
